Terms of business
These terms cover our quotes, our work and how you pay.
Quotes
A home survey is free. Every quote is in writing and carries our full business details. After the survey, the price in your quote is fixed for the work it describes. A quote lasts 30 days. We’re not VAT registered at the moment, so we don’t add VAT to our quotes.
The work
Your written quote sets out the work, the timing and what we need from you.
Your right to cancel
If you agree a job at your home, or away from our business, you can usually cancel within 14 days. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you this right. To cancel, email enquiries@airconditioninginstallers.london. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for the work already done.
Payment
Your written quote sets out when payment is due.
Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the day we finish the job. If something fails because of how we did the work, we put it right at no charge. The maker’s guarantee covers the unit itself.
